The next great mold shouldn't already exist. We don't want to simply make more molds. We want to discover what's worth making next. That's why we're opening the door to creators.
The next great mold could come from you.
We believe creators often know what the market is missing, the shapes, designs, and possibilities that don't exist yet. You bring the idea. We bring the design expertise, craftsmanship, and production experience to turn it into a real mold. If we select your idea, we'll develop it into an IntoResin mold, and give you the credit for inspiring it.
Not every mold requires the same silicone. We select and adjust our silicone formulation based on the surface and level of detail each mold needs to reproduce.
IntoResin handmade molds use carefully selected platinum-cured silicone, with a higher platinum catalyst level for designs featuring polished, mirror-like, or faceted surfaces. This helps us achieve better surface reproduction, preserving the clarity, sharpness, and fine details of the original model.

We fine-tune the silicone for each mold. For intricate shapes, we choose a softer hardness to make demolding easier, but not so soft that the mold loses its shape.
Wall thickness is set according to the size and structure of the mold — large or complex molds need more support, while excessive thickness can make demolding harder.
We also control the balance between flexibility and tear resistance, so the silicone can flex during demolding without sacrificing strength through repeated use.

The mold structure is designed around the entire making process, not just the shape of the final piece. We consider how the mold will be opened and demolded, where support is needed to prevent deformation during pouring, and how resin and air move through more complex shapes.
By reducing areas where air can become trapped, we make the molds easier to work with, especially for beginners who may not have the experience or equipment to eliminate bubbles.
