My mold came with a bunch of scratches and cuts throughout the mold. Didnt notice it till I poured black and all the imperfections showed up

So sorry to hear the issue. Please understand that we always check every mold before shipping out so it's very strange that the mold you got has scratches. But please don't worry. We will send out a new hedgehog mold this week for you to try again. Please track it via the tracking link we send you through email. When you receive this new mold, please check the mold inside first before using it. If there's any issue, please let me know. Thank you.
For this hedgehog mold, please note that it's not for beginners because it requires great bubble-removing skills. We suggest you please make sure the bubbles in the resin are removed completely. Otherwise, there may be breaches in the spikes and those breaches will damage the mold when demolding. Also please make sure to loosen the resin piece from the silicone mold first before demolding. These tips can help you maintain the mold. Thank you.
