Note: When using this flip-top mold, it is very important to remove as many air bubbles as possible from the epoxy resin in the clasp mold area during the casting process. Otherwise, the bubbles may prevent the clasp from closing properly later on.
After demolding, you can also use a hair dryer to gently warm the clasp area for a few seconds. Slight heating will make the resin a bit more flexible, which helps the clasp fit and snap into place more easily.
