As the Lunar New Year approaches, we wish to inform you of some temporary changes to our shipping schedule.

Extended Shipping Times: Due to the holiday season, orders placed after February 1st will experience a slight delay, with shipping resuming from February 18th, based on the order sequence.

In recognition of the wait times, we presented an exclusive "Buy 3, Get 1 Free offer (add 4 items at checkout and the cheapest item will be deducted). This is our way of thanking you for your patience and understanding during this busy period.

General

Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship during business day. However, if a product happens to be running out of stock and we cannot fulfill all your items at the time of purchase we will notify you immediately by email. Per your preference, we can fulfill the available products to you and either refund you the difference or keep your order open to await restocking of the back-ordered item. Please refer to our refund policy.

Which countries do you ship to?

1. We can ship ALL products to the countries below:

* The United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, and Amazon addresses. (10-15 business days)

2. We can ship all products EXCEPT RESIN to the countries below:

* The United Kingdom, excluding the overseas territories. (7-15 business days)

* Germany, France, Italy, Spain, excluding the affiliated islands of these countries. (7-15 business days)

* Australia. (7-15 business days)

3. We can ship only molds and handiworks to the countries below:

Alaska, Hawaii in the United States (15-30 business days)

* Canada (7-15 business days)

* Netherlands, Ireland (7-15 business days)

* New Zealand (7-15 business days)

* Japan (7-15 business days)

Handling Time

We do everything we can to process and ship the order as fast as possible. Our warehouse keeps our products in stock and ready to ship your order quickly. Please allow 1-3 days for us to process the fulfillment.

If you order handmade molds or items, please note that all handmade products are made by order and might need 10-30 days to finish handcrafting. For details please refer to the handling time (including handcrafted time) on the product pages.

Once the shipping carrier picks up your order, you will be messaged the shipping carrier's tracking number via email.

How long does delivery take?

Most of the items usually needs 7-15 business days.

Epoxy resin, colorants and resin tables might take 10-20 business days to be delivered.

Please understand that due to a force majeure (such as rough weather, strikes of workers, war, etc.), shipping times may vary. We are doing everything to help you get the packages soon. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Will you have tracking numbers?

Yes, all packages will have tracking numbers.

How will my delivery be shipped?

Usually USPS functions as our logistics partner to ship out IntoResin products. They will deliver the goods to our customers in good condition.

Special note: We require signatures at the receipt of delivery to ensure you received your product and assist in the prevention of fraud.

Please understand, reasonable shipping delays due to carrier delays are out of our control. They are not good reasons for cancellation.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together due to different shipping options or different inventory levels, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package or cancel the order after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment nor cancel the order once the product is en route.
