You simply click on the "Add to cart" button after choosing the products you want, and then when you're done, you click on the "cart" icon in the upper right of the screen. After that, you click on the "Proceed to checkout", and fill in your details to finalize the order.
Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you do not need an account to order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal payments.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
How long does shipping take?
99% of orders will be sent within a handling period of 24 to 72 hours.
The usual delivery time is 15 to 30 business days. (Due to COVID-19 shipping times may vary.)
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will! All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number included.
Where can I find a discount code?
We send out discount codes regularly to those who are subscribed to our email list. If you wish to subscribe, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email.
How do I receive multiple item orders?
If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your delivery address can only be changed before the order has been processed or dispatched. Kindly update your delivery address to your residential address instead of your work address. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:

- Full Name
- Original (incorrect) Address
- New (correct) Address
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Will the delivery be covered for my returns?
All return delivery fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 3 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 - 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
