FAQ for Your Orders

How can I order?
You simply click on the "Add to cart" button after choosing the products you want, and then when you're done, you click on the "cart" icon in the upper right of the screen. After that, you click on the "Proceed to checkout", and fill in your details to finalize the order.

Which countries do you ship to?

1. We can ship ALL products to the countries below:

* The United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, and Amazon addresses. (10-15 business days)

2. We can ship all products EXCEPT RESIN to the countries below:

* The United Kingdom, excluding the overseas territories. (7-15 business days)

* Germany, France, Italy, Spain, excluding the affiliated islands of these countries. (7-15 business days)

* Australia. (7-15 business days)

3. We can ship only molds and handiworks to the countries below:

Alaska, Hawaii in the United States (15-30 business days)

* Canada (7-15 business days)

* Netherlands, Ireland (7-15 business days)

* New Zealand (7-15 business days)

* Japan (7-15 business days)

Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you do not need an account to order. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal payments. 

How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

After you placed an order on our website, you will receive an order confirm email in your email box automatically. Please keep an eye for it and inform us if you need to change any information for shipping. If you can't find our email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam box.

How long does handling time take?
99% of orders will be sent within a handling period of 24 to 72 hours.  If you order handmade molds or items, please note that all handmade products are made by order and might need 10-30 days to finish handcrafting. For details please refer to the handling time (including handcrafted time) on the product pages.
How long does shipping take?
The usual delivery time of the molds and the resin handiworks is 7 to 15 business days. The usual delivery time of resin and colorants is 10 to 20 business days. Please understand that due to a force majeure (such as rough weather, strikes of workers, war, etc.), shipping times may vary.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will! All orders will receive multiple shipping notification emails during the whole delivery process with the tracking number included. Please be sure to track it.

Where can I find a discount code?
We send out discount codes regularly to those who are subscribed to our email list. If you wish to subscribe, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email.

How do I receive multiple item orders?
If you order several products in one order, usually we will ship them in one package so you can receive them all at once. However, sometimes due to different inventory status of the products, we might ship some products separately. In this case, multiple tracking# will be sent to your email box so you can track different packages.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your delivery address can only be changed before the order has been processed or dispatched. Kindly update your delivery address to your residential address instead of your work address. Please email us at support@intoresin.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Original (incorrect) Address
- New (correct) Address

How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Will the delivery be covered for my returns?
If the returns are requested because of quality issue, we will cover the fee. Other returns delivery fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 3 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 - 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
